Mike Danford and Josh Roberts are finally back in their high school science class after taking a couple months off to investigate strange signals from deep in the earth. But  now there are strange signals coming from space, and once again their special skills are needed.

Admiral Norton is being very secretive about the new mission - he won’t even tell the boys where they’re going. Once they arrive, and learn the truth, they understand why. And then they wish they could be safe and sound back in that high school classroom.

Safe and sound is not in their stars, though, and before they know it, Mike, Josh,  all their friends and family are once again working at breakneck speed to solve a mystery and save lives.

At least by now they’ve learned that they can’t succeed without the guidance of their parents, the help of their friends,  and the blessings of  their God.
