"Exceptional writing. Exciting, suspenseful, humorous and thought provoking. I couldn't put this book down." (Amazon review)

I can't tell you how much we love ALL of your stories.  We've been reading the Christmas ones for years and are reading Amon now for the 3rd time. I have read all the Mike Danford books aloud and lately my kids have been reading them....till all hours of the night.

It pretty much doesn't matter your age,  when you hear those words -- "Let me tell you a story" -- we'll stop our day-dreaming, stop our game playing, stop whatever work or study or activity we're doing . . . and listen.

Humans love stories. Geography, culture, economics and politics don't matter. We. Love. Stories.

Some scientists say it's actually coded in our DNA. Others will say it's learned behavior. Us writers want you to think it's because we're so talented. In reality, no one really knows. But the "why" doesn't matter because  no matter the reason, it's a fact that stories touch lives.

Come now, and let me tell you a story . . .
